Introduced the Multiline discount program to Verizon Prepaid customers by integrating targeted educational messaging across digital channels, tailored to account type and eligibility criteria. This approach helped users better understand the program and make informed decisions throughout their app and site experience.

Developed an interactive module to help customers understand Multiline discounts in real time, incorporating Auto Pay discount functionality to demonstrate how to maximize the benefits of various discount programs.
Various designs and messaging were thoughtfully crafted and refined throughout the Add-a-Line flow to create a seamless and intuitive user experience. These elements were developed to accommodate a diverse range of use cases, including different customer scenarios and eligibility criteria. Additionally, the flow was structured to support various discount types, ensuring clear communication and tailored guidance for each offer.
