This approach helped users better understand the program and make informed decisions throughout their app and site experience.

Customer journey

Designed and implemented a comprehensive shopping experience within the MyVerizon App, enhancing user engagement and streamlining the purchasing process.

The Multiline discount calculator

Developed an interactive module to help customers understand Multiline discounts in real time, incorporating Auto Pay discount functionality to demonstrate how to maximize the benefits of various discount programs.

Activation

Designed a comprehensive end-to-end Smartwatch activation experience, including iOS native features, 'Bring Your Own Device,' and shopping integration within the MyVerizon app.
